1. Before starting the furnace, start the heat transfer oil circulation pump for half an hour, then check the system for leaks and abnormal phenomena, and then ignite and heat up. When parking, stop heating first, and the heat transfer oil circulation pump should circulate until the oil temperature reaches 100 degrees (preferably below 70 degrees) before stopping the pump.
2. When the system heats up, it is necessary to check the operation status of equipment such as tables, pumps, fans, etc. every half hour and make a record of the temperature rise.
3. When the oil temperature in the high-level tank exceeds 100 degrees, immediately check if the auxiliary exhaust valve is closed. High temperature production of high-level tanks is strictly prohibited, and any potential hazards should be promptly addressed. When there is air resistance and the pressure is unstable, do not rush to raise the temperature. Instead, use the method of insulation or raising 5 degrees and lowering 2 degrees.
4. When the temperature reaches 60 degrees, stabilize for 1 hour and observe whether the pressure gauge, temperature gauge, oil pump, etc. are normal. Then raise the temperature to between 105-120 degrees and keep it constant for 2-8 hours. Observe whether there are any abnormalities in the pumps, pressure gauges, and temperature gauges. Raise the temperature to between 210-230 degrees Celsius and maintain a constant temperature for 3-6 hours. Observe for any abnormalities in the pumps and gauges. Then raise the temperature by 10-20 degrees Celsius to 250-280 degrees Celsius for 1-3 hours.
5. If a malfunction occurs, the system oil temperature must be reduced to below 100 degrees Celsius before it can be resolved. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble any components of the heating system or release hot oil above 120 degrees.
6. When filling the high-level tank with oil, the oil temperature should be lowered to 60-70 degrees Celsius before refueling to prevent sudden boiling and injury causing danger.
7. When the circulating pump cannot operate due to a sudden power outage, the cold oil replacement valve should be quickly opened to drain the oil. Transfer the oil from the expansion tank to the storage tank and ignite it with wet coal.
8. The oil in the high-level tank should not be drained completely. Normally, the oil level in the high-level tank should be at a high level
9. The oil level of the low-level oil tank should be at a suitable low level.
10. It is strictly prohibited to use water to extinguish fires in case of abnormal situations.
