The above-mentioned controlled substances shall be adjusted in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the Measures for the Administration of Non-Medical Anesthetic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs if they are found to be used for medical, industrial, scientific research or other legitimate purposes.
