Key safety technical requirements
(1) The storage items should be classified according to the style:
According to the regulations of the state and relevant departments, the types of chemical hazardous substances are divided into the following ten categories:
(1) Explosive substances: explosive substances buried under national management, explosive chemicals not under national management
(2) Household chemicals: inorganic oxidants; Organic oxidant
(3) Compressed gases and liquefied gases: highly toxic gases; Flammable gases; combustion-supporting gas; Non-flammable gas
(4) Self igniting material
(5) Burning objects in contact with water
(6) Flammable liquid
(7) Flammable solid
(8) Toxic substances: inorganic highly toxic substances; Organic toxic substances; Inorganic has drugs, organic has drugs
(9) Corrosive substances: inorganic acids, alkaline corrosive substances, organic acids, alkaline corrosive substances
(2) The following principles for the storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals must be followed:
(1) Explosive materials. It must be stored in a dedicated warehouse, managed by a dedicated person, and transported by a dedicated vehicle. It is strictly prohibited to store and transport it together with thick medicines and equipment. It is also forbidden to throw, roll, flip, rub, and other rough operations. The relevant regulations for the handling process must be strictly followed, and storage in high-temperature places should be avoided
(2) Oxidizing agent. Except for inert non combustible gases, items that are incompatible with the same substance shall not be stored or transported together (excluding inert non combustible gases) During storage, friction, impact, exposure to sunlight, exposure to water, and leakage should be avoided
(3) The mixed storage and transportation of compressed gas and liquefied gas that have conflicting production properties (although both are bottled or rippled gases). Flammable gases (excluding inert gases) and combustion supporting gases (excluding non combustible gases and inorganic materials) must not be mixed with other items. During loading and unloading, they must be handled with care to avoid impact, throwing, baking, etc
(4) Spontaneous combustion materials should be stored separately and separated from acids, oxidants, etc. The storage location should be away from sources of fire and heat to prevent collisions, rolling, tipping, packaging damage, and accidents. Special substances such as yellow should be submerged in water, and triisobutylaluminum should be protected from moisture
(5) The storage requirements for items that burn when in contact with water are tight packaging, dry storage space, strict prevention of rain and snow, and keeping away from items that emit acid mist. They should not be mixed with other hazardous materials for storage and transportation. Special substances such as Jinpana should be immersed in mineral oil for preservation
(6) Flammable liquids should be transported separately and kept away from sources of fire, heat, oxidants, and oxidizing acids to prevent static electricity hazards. The overall thickness protection level of the warehouse and adjacent gas containing equipment should meet the requirements.
(7) The storage of flammable solids should be well packaged, handled with care to prevent sparks, baking, and moisture damage to some varieties.
(8) The storage of toxic substances should be tightly packaged and intact, with good luck for single storage. They should be kept away from sources of fire, heat, oxidants, acids, and food. The storage location should be well ventilated.
(9) Drinking constant substances: Containers that can store pure and perishable substances should be able to adapt to the corrosive requirements of the storage medium, be tight and leak proof, and store ammoniated substances in close proximity to organic flammable materials. Amine corrosion products must be isolated from sharpening agents, H-foaming agents, and oxidizing agents that burn in contact with water, and must not be mixed with Tibetan corrosion agents during transportation.
