According to the Yangcheng Evening News, on March 12th, the first distributed photovoltaic power generation and grid connection project for residential users in Jiangxi Province - Zhu Jianbing's 220V distributed photovoltaic power generation and grid connection project in Yangjiaxin Village, Jincheng Avenue, Lianhua County - was successfully connected to the grid for power generation after installation of grid metering devices, signing of power generation and consumption contracts, and grid connection acceptance and commissioning. However, in recent days of investigation in Guangzhou, reporters have found that even solar power, which is currently the most likely to be realized, is only a "pie in the sky" if it needs to be connected to the grid to make money within one or two years.

Who has a 200 square meter roof at the threshold one

If installed on the roof, the demand for this area is even greater than that of a typical villa roof

The reporter learned that there are many high-rise buildings in Guangzhou, but the space for installing solar panels is not large enough. What's more troublesome is that the rooftop is often blocked by property management on the grounds of "affecting the appearance of the residence", and the installation of solar panels is even more difficult due to the need to seek consent from other homeowners.

In addition, the electricity generated by solar energy is direct current. If it needs to be used independently or integrated into the power grid, multiple control instruments such as inverters must be configured; And solar energy is an unstable energy source. "When the sun is good, there is sufficient power generation, but on cloudy days, the efficiency is poor. If we conservatively estimate that there can be 6 hours of sunlight per day in Guangzhou, we must also install batteries," said Lu Guojun. For this 16 kWh of electricity, the research institute has also set up a 20 square meter small room as a control room, where controllers, inverters, and lithium batteries are placed.

Who is willing to invest 400000 yuan in the threshold two at once?

If the home area meets the requirements, how much investment is needed to meet the power generation needs? Lu Guojun calculated an account for the reporter: "Our total investment here is 400000 yuan, including various solar panels, control instruments, batteries, inverters, etc. The solar panels can work effectively for 20 years, and with a 6-hour light working capacity, it is estimated that it will take 12 to 13 years to recover the cost." He also added, "The premise is that this system has no maintenance costs

Assuming that the sun is very strong every hour and can generate 16 kWh of electricity, in 20 years, this device can generate about 700000 kWh of electricity. Without any maintenance, the cost per kWh of electricity is about 0.57 yuan. Actually, this is basically impossible. Firstly, the sun cannot be so abundant every hour. Secondly, in 20 years, some spare parts will definitely need to be replaced, such as the brackets under the solar panels, "said an insider in the power industry.

The insider mentioned above has calculated a sum of money. "Looking at it from another perspective, assuming a household consumes 500 kWh of electricity per month, which is already a relatively high level of electricity consumption. In 20 years, this household only needs to consume 120000 kWh of electricity. Excluding tiered electricity prices and calculated at only 0.61 yuan per kWh, this household only needs to spend 73000 yuan on electricity consumption for 20 years. By comparison, there are probably not many households that really want to invest in solar power generation

The threshold for the three grid connected acquisition price is unclear, and it is uncertain whether it can make money

The reporter also learned that there is currently no clear purchase price for the integration of household solar power generation into the grid. According to the Notice on Improving the On grid Tariff Policy for Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in July 2011, "For solar photovoltaic power generation projects approved on or after July 1, 2011, as well as solar photovoltaic power generation projects approved before July 1, 2011 but not completed and put into operation as of December 31, 2011, except that Xizang still implements the on grid tariff of 1.15 yuan per kilowatt hour, the on grid tariff of other provinces (districts and cities) is 1 yuan per kilowatt hour."

However, the above-mentioned grid electricity prices are charged for solar power plants, and it is impossible for household electricity generation to reach the same price level. It is reported that the National Development and Reform Commission has recently issued a draft of the "Notice on Improving the Price Policy of Photovoltaic Power Generation" to some government agencies and relevant photovoltaic power generation enterprises, proposing a new implementation plan for the grid connected electricity price of photovoltaic power generation. According to media reports, the country is divided into four types of solar energy resource areas, and benchmark grid connected electricity prices ranging from 0.75-1 yuan/kWh have been established; And a distinction has been made between distributed generation and large-scale ground power generation, with a subsidy of 0.35 yuan/kWh for distributed generation electricity prices.

In theory, household power generation is more similar to distributed power generation, so industry insiders speculate that it will approach this price. The reporter also learned from the industry that residents in Tianjin have applied to merge into State Grid, and State Grid has adopted a purchase price of 0.4118 yuan per kilowatt hour.

If calculated according to the price of State Grid, the solar power generation device of the Electric Power Test and Research Institute can only sell about 290000 yuan of electricity in 20 years.
