1. Impurities: such as dust, particulate matter, etc., these impurities may adhere to the heat transfer oil, affecting its fluidity and heat transfer efficiency.

2. Water: Water easily evaporates at high temperatures, producing bubbles that affect the heat transfer efficiency and stability of the thermal oil. At the same time, moisture may also cause hydrolysis reactions in the heat transfer oil, generating corrosive substances and causing damage to the system.

3. Acidic or alkaline substances: Acidic or alkaline substances may undergo chemical reactions with heat transfer oil, changing its chemical properties and affecting its heat transfer efficiency and stability. These chemical reactions may also lead to the generation of corrosive substances, causing further damage to the system.

4. Oxidant: Thermal oil will undergo oxidation reaction when in contact with oxygen, leading to deterioration. Therefore, in the use of high-temperature synthetic heat transfer oil, it is necessary to avoid contact with oxidants as much as possible to extend its service life.

In addition, there may be incompatibility between high-temperature synthetic heat transfer oils of different brands and models. Therefore, when replacing or mixing different brands and models of thermal oil, caution should be exercised and sufficient testing and evaluation should be conducted.

In order to ensure the normal use of high-temperature synthetic heat transfer oil and the stable operation of the system, it is recommended to fully understand and evaluate the heat transfer oil before use, and follow relevant operating specifications and guidelines. At the same time, regularly maintain and inspect the system to promptly identify and resolve issues.
