The thermal oil heating circulation system is a system used to heat and transfer thermal oil in industrial equipment. It usually consists of the following main components:

1. Thermal oil heater: A thermal oil heater is a device that heats thermal oil to the desired temperature. It usually consists of a burner, combustion chamber, flue gas emission system, and heat exchanger. The burner burns fuel to generate heat, which is then transferred to the heat transfer oil through a heat exchanger, causing it to heat up.

2. Thermal oil circulation pump: The thermal oil circulation pump is responsible for extracting the heated thermal oil from the heater and circulating it through the pipeline system to the equipment that needs to be heated. Circulating pumps are usually driven by electric motors and can provide sufficient flow and pressure to ensure the circulation of heat transfer oil in the system.

3. Pipeline system: The pipeline system is the transport channel in the thermal oil heating circulation system, used to connect the heater, circulation pump, and heating equipment. It is usually composed of high-temperature resistant steel or stainless steel pipes, insulated with insulation materials to reduce heat loss.

4. Heating equipment: The heating equipment is the terminal device in the heat transfer oil heating circulation system, used to transfer the heat transfer oil to the process equipment or production equipment that needs to be heated. These devices can be hot air stoves, heat exchangers, reaction vessels, dryers, etc., which heat process materials or media through the heat transfer of thermal oil.

5. Control system: The control system is used to monitor and control the operation of the heat transfer oil heating circulation system. It usually includes temperature sensors, pressure sensors, flow meters, and control valves to monitor and adjust the temperature, pressure, and flow rate of the heat transfer oil in real time, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.

The heat transfer oil heating circulation system transfers heat from the heater to the heating equipment by circulating heat transfer oil, achieving heating of process materials or media. It has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, high temperature control accuracy, and flexible operation, and has been widely used in many industrial fields.

In addition to the main components mentioned above, the thermal oil heating circulation system may also include the following auxiliary equipment and functions:

1. Expansion tank: During the heating process, thermal oil will expand and contract due to temperature changes. In order to compensate for the volume change of thermal oil, an expansion tank is usually installed in the system. The expansion tank can absorb the expansion of thermal oil and maintain the stability of the system.

2. Filter: In order to ensure the cleanliness and fluidity of the heat transfer oil, a filter is usually installed in the system. Filters can remove impurities and particulate matter from thermal oil, preventing it from clogging pipelines and damaging equipment.

3. Exhaust device: During the operation of the system, gas may be generated in the heat transfer oil. To avoid gas accumulation and system failure, an exhaust device is usually installed in the system. The exhaust device can expel gas from the system and maintain the normal circulation of heat transfer oil.

4. Temperature controller: The temperature controller in the heat transfer oil heating cycle system is used to monitor and regulate the temperature of the heat transfer oil. It can automatically control the combustion of the heater and the operation of the circulation pump according to the set temperature range to maintain the temperature stability of the heat transfer oil.

5. Safety valves and alarm devices: In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, the thermal oil heating circulation system is usually equipped with safety valves and alarm devices. The safety valve can automatically release pressure when the system pressure exceeds the set value, avoiding equipment and pipeline rupture. The alarm device can monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level of the system. Once they exceed the set range, an alarm will be issued to remind operators to take corresponding measures.

In summary, the heat transfer oil heating cycle system is a complex system consisting of multiple components and auxiliary equipment, which achieves heat transfer and heating through the circulation of heat transfer oil. Different application requirements may have some differences, but the overall goal is to ensure the security, stability, and efficient operation of the system.
